Once your order is placed, an order confirmation will be emailed. All orders are sent 24-48 hours after they are received. A shipping notification will be emailed once your order has shipped.
All items can be exchanged within 15 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please send us an email at info@anenterprises.com to start the exchange process. We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging and have a tracking number for your shipment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
